Neha's Hope Edu-care in the year 2008 surveved as to how many students are going to school and found that nearly 60-70% of the students preferred not going to school but roamed care free in the roads of West Bengal. We saw the plight that neither the parents nor the children were educationally inclined so we thought lets start educating them in their own localities through free tuition centres thus we decided to make an environment for them where they can get quality education with teachers like their friends.

We started our first Free Edu-Care Centres ECC at South Colony nearby New Jalpaiguri Station for Science, English, Mathematics, Geography. History and Computer Applications for the underprivileged students and time to time we also started to interact with students' parents as most of the students were under the umbrella of toxic elements. We provided all the gadgets required to conduct the classes in the villages and towns. Though it was exceptionally tough with frequent power cuts, no internet available, no electricity most of the time but we pulled along and still continued educating the children even through Covid times also till date continuing the classes through our faculties in the villages and towns.
